Arabic, Islamic Studies & Qatar History

(MoEHE Curriculum)

Our Aim

  • Strengthen students’ understanding and appreciation of the Arabic language
  • Support Islamic values, ethics, and teachings in a respectful and age-appropriate manner
  • Develop students’ knowledge of Qatar’s culture, heritage, national identity, and history
  • Promote respect for the traditions, values, and customs of the State of Qatar

These subjects form a core and highly valued part of the curriculum, playing an essential role in nurturing students’ sense of identity, belonging, and cultural awareness within the Qatari context.

To ensure inclusion and accessibility for all learners, Arabic, Islamic Studies, and Qatar History are offered in both Arabic and English, allowing non-Arabic speaking students to fully engage with the content while developing understanding and respect for Qatar’s language, faith, and heritage.

Through these lessons, students are encouraged to develop respect, moral awareness, cultural understanding, and pride in Qatar’s national identity, supporting their growth as responsible and informed members of society.
